Launched in 2008, The Sum of all Parts is part photo journal and part inspiration board. It’s a visual compilation of how ideas manifest. From inspirational artists to travel re-caps, canning at home to gardening in the backyard—all of the little parts that make up life also fuel our creativity.

Marisa D. Green of Studio Danae is the founder and voice of The Sum of All Parts. Based in Portland, Oregon, Marisa works as a freelance graphic designer, illustrator and paper artist, documenting her day-to-day inspiration and sharing her finds with you.
